Background
InsiJets is a fully independent private aviation consultancy operating on a Live Market Pricing model
with a floating fleet, positioning itself as a single, expert point of contact across all private jet
requirements.
As the brand evolved, its core onboarding materials no longer reflected the level of sophistication,
transparency, and strategic confidence embedded in the service. The brief focused on two primary
touchpoints: the redesign of the “Introduction to InsiJets” brochure and the InsiJets member card.
Challenge
The challenge was to translate a complex, high-end service offering into a clear, intuitive, and
compelling visual language for a discerning, high-net-worth audience.
The materials needed to differentiate InsiJets within a competitive private aviation landscape while
clearly communicating the Live Market Pricing model — without sacrificing a sense of luxury,
reassurance, or approachability.
Maintaining consistency, hierarchy, and clarity across both print formats added an additional layer
of complexity to the system.
Objective
The objective was to elevate InsiJets’ brand expression through a refined redesign of its core
onboarding materials — creating a cohesive system that reinforces trust, highlights the brand’s
personalised service model, and positions InsiJets as a credible, transparent partner in private
aviation.
The final outcome needed to balance precision and restraint, allowing complex information to be
communicated with ease, clarity, and a premium tone at every touchpoint.
